TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      The Promotion is open to The Change Organisation customers only.  

2.      The Promotion is only valid on sales of HP 200 series home operating laptops and Poly closed between September  15, 2025  and October  27, 2025

3.      Sales must be verified by The Change Organisation Purchasing Director

4.      In order to be eligible for prizes a participant must have purchased a  Qualifying Product within the incentive period

5.      Prizes will be awarded once the competition has finished.

6.      The Prize will be awarded following receipt of Qualifying Sales Data.

7.      In the event of any disputes over sales acceptance or value, the decision of  The Change Organisation will be final.

8.      Any orders returned to The Change Organisation before the end of a  promotional period will be disqualified from the Promotion.

9.      All prizes are not tax paid, non-transferable and offered subject to  availability. Participants remain personally                   responsible for reporting and paying HMRC  any tax due in connection with this Promotion.

10. In  the event of a prize not being available The Change Organisation reserve the  right to substitute a prize of equivalent or higher value. This is a non-cash  incentive and no cash alternative is available. The Change Organisation reserves the right to audit all sales to ensure that the terms  and conditions of the Promotion have been met.

11.  Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may  result in disqualification from this                   promotion.

12. The  decisions of The Change Organisation in respect of any and all aspects of the  promotion will be final and binding.  The Change Organisation reserve the right to  amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
